At least on this trip, with the time zone difference, we always saw all three emails as a group. One email, showing check-in, check-out, and comments would be enough. The comments were nice, but we aren’t that anxious about cat news . The important part is that they are taken care of, and we can address any questions you have. Not having to log into another system is a big plus. The fact that we didn’t pick our password for the old system, plus that you had to log in, meant that we basically never checked it. The emails are much better. A dialog can be started immediately just by pressing ‘reply’. The fact that it’s done through email also allows offline access (i.e. my phone had wifi this morning in the hotel; now I’m on the train in Japan and I finally check my email and see the visit). It’s very professional. I was already confident in your service, but I suspect that this will really help newcomers to the service.

At first all the emails were a little overwhelming, but once I figured out the system I thought the information was really good. Gave an idea of how long the sitter was with our pet each day. The feedback emails are most important though. Pictures are great too. It makes you feel good to know your pet is okay and the person is actually there with them.

The three emails were great, the one I paid most attention to was the comments email. However, it was very nice to see what time the sitter arrived and left and could see how much time the sitter spent with the cats. The system is very straightforward. No login requirements, just simple to receive daily emails. I also loved reading the comments about how the check-in went and what the girls were up to. Very positive feedback. My mom didn't have the Virtual Imprints trial and she didn't check in on Chip daily since it wasn't as convenient to do the login. This system made it very easy to see the comments Polina left.

This is working well for us. Knowing when Rebecca arrived and left was important to us, and getting the notes separately is good as well. To me, this does not need to be modified. Very useful, allows peace of mind knowing the person taking care of Dickens (whether at mid-day or overnight) is there.
